Solimeno's beginning class introduces the fundamentals of tribal improv belly dance, with specific work on strengthening and isolating specific muscle groups used for the dance. The course also introduces different methods of dancing in groups. Class focuses on the first time dancer's needs, but will also help experienced belly dancers become more comfortable with this fun style.

18 or older.

Suggested attire:
Wear comfortable clothes
(either a long skirt with leggings, yoga pants, pantaloons, hip scarf, and a short top or choli) and bring water to drink.
